Çin’den Önemli Duyuru

Çin İstanbul Konsolosluğu, Covid-19 kapsamında yeni bir duyuru yayınladı. Çin’e seyahat edecek yolcular için uçuştan 72 saat önce alınmış Covid-19 PCR testi yeterliydi. Yeni duyuru ile birlikte 07 Kasım tarihinden itibaren gerçekleşecek uçuşlarda uygulama değişmiştir. Yeni uygulama ile yolculardan hem PCR testi hem de anti-kor testi istenmektedir. Yapılacak bu testlerin zaman aralığı numune alındığı saat ile uçuş saati arasında en fazla 48 saat olacak şekilde olmalıdır.

Çine yapılacak aktarmalı uçuşlarda ise hem Türkiye’de hem de aktarma yapılacak ülkede PCR testi ve Anti-kor testi yapılması gerekmektedir. Aktarma yaptığınız ülkede yapmış olduğunuz testlerin sonuçlarını ilgili ülkenin Çin Konsolosluğuna mail atıp onay almanız gerekmektedir.

In order to reduce crossborder transmission of Covid19, starting from 7th November, 2020, all Chinese and foreign passengers who are to fly from Turkey to China will be required to take nucleic acid and IgM antibody tests and then apply for a green health code with the “HS” mark or a certified health declaration  form before boarding the flight.【Attention: TURKISH AIRLINES’  direct flights service to Guangzhou will be suspended for 4 weeks from 2nd November】

The specific requirements are as follows:

I. Test Requirements

Passengers going to China via direct flights must take nucleic acid and IgM antibody tests within 48 hours before boarding. They must take the tests at a medical institution designated or recognized by the Chinese Embassy in Turkey/ Chinese Consulate General in Istanbul and then apply at the Chinese Embassy in Turkey/ Chinese Consulate General in Istanbul for a green health code with the “HS” mark or a certified health declaration form with certificates of negative results of both tests. Passengers going to China via connecting flights must take nucleic acid and IgM antibody tests in Turkey within 48 hours before boarding their flight to the transit country and then take both tests again in the transit country within 48 hours before boarding the plane to China. Passengers must apply at the Chinese embassies/consulates in BOTH countries for green health codes with the “HS” mark or certified health declaration forms with certificates of negative results of both tests.

II. Chinese Passengers Applying for Green Health Code with the “HS” Mark
Chinese passengers must upload to the WeChat Health Code app photos of their negative nucleic acid and IgM antibody tests results, which will then be examined and verified by the Chinese embassy/consulates. Then they will get the green health code with the “HS” mark. Passengers must present the green code within its validity period to the airlines flying directly to China before boarding. Validity period of health code is calculated based on sampling date.

III.    Foreign Passengers Applying for Certified Health Status Declaration Form

Foreign passengers must email the scanned copies of their negative nucleic acid and IgM antibody tests results along with their passport information page and the signed health declaration form to the Chinese embassy/consulates mailbox. The Chinese embassy/consulates will then examine and verify the above information and email the stamped certified health declaration form back to the passenger. Passengers are advised to print the form out and bring the form with them to the airport. They must present the form within its validity period to the airlines flying directly to China before boarding.Validity period of Certified Health Status Declaration Form is calculated based on sampling date.
